The OpticsMED LG-1800A is the stainless-steel-panel variant of the LG-1800 series, fitted with a DC motor, a diamond wheel sized for PC lenses and adjustable groove position and depth controls. The combination handles the modern rimless workflow — where the lab cuts a precise groove around the lens edge, threads nylon to hold the lens against a half-frame chassis, and finishes the job in minutes instead of hours.
