The OpticsMED 78 D aspherical retina lens is the higher-magnification counterpart to the 90 D in the slit-lamp fundoscopy kit. Where the 90 D is the workhorse wide-field lens, the 78 D trades field width for resolution at the optic disc and macula β the right pick for detailed disc-cupping assessment in glaucoma workup and macular-thickness review in AMD follow-up.
