The OpticsMED ALE-1000 + ST-1200 is the patternless edger workstation that replaces traditional pattern-driven edging with digital lens-shape scanning. The ST-1200 tracer scans the demo lens or frame; the ALE-1000 edger then mills the new lens directly from that digital shape — no plastic pattern to cut and store. The result is faster pattern-to-finished-lens cycle time and a 500-set internal library that holds every shape the lab has ever processed.
