Clinical overview
The Goldmann 3-Mirror Lens is a classic slit-lamp accessory used for gonioscopy (angle inspection), peripheral retina assessment, and laser delivery procedures. Three internal mirrors at 73°, 67°, and 59° provide complementary views of the anterior chamber angle, equatorial retina, and peripheral fundus when paired with any standard slit lamp biomicroscope. Anti-reflection coated optical glass keeps reflections off-axis; the supplied cushion ring makes prolonged contact comfortable for the subject.
