Clinical overview
The OpticsMED LED500 is the standard-configuration LED surgical shadowless lamp — same OSRAM bead set as the KYLED500 (48 beads, 80 000+ hour life, 30 000–160 000 Lx) but without the optional emergency power supply. The individually replaceable LED design is the maintenance advantage that matters over a 5-year operating window: when one bead degrades, the lab swaps just that LED instead of the entire panel.
