LG-8 fully-automatic lens polisher with 5-timer settings, clear hood and direct-drive design — the no-belt-failure polisher for high-volume labs.
Clinical overview
The OpticsMED LG-8 is the fully-automatic lens polisher with 5 different timer settings calibrated to different lens materials. The transparent plastic hood lets the operator inspect polishing progress in real-time, the direct-drive design eliminates broken or slipping drive belts (a major maintenance issue with belt-driven competitors), and the polishing head moves up and down automatically.

LG-8B semi-auto lens polisher with handle-set timer — the semi-automatic variant of the LG-8 for labs that prefer hands-on polishing control.

LG-8A dual-speed auto polisher for CR + PC — prevents PC lens deformation during polishing through dedicated PC-speed setting.

LG-900A auto lens polisher with high-quality wool wheel — upgraded polishing variant of the LG-900 family, sized for labs that finish premium AR-coated lenses.

LG-900B auto lens polisher with timed wool-wheel cycle for PC, resin and acrylic lens edges — the buffing station that lives next to the edger in mid-volume labs.

The 468-4300 is a combined ophthalmoscope and streak retinoscope inspection / measurement set built around an LED illumination platform and a USB-rechargeable handle. It is supplied in a fitted zipper case for clinic or home-visit use, ready for routine fundus examination and retinoscopy refraction. The rechargeable handle removes the need for disposable batteries and keeps the instrument set ready between cases. It is intended for use by optometrists and ophthalmologists in primary eye-care practice.

The FA-6100BK is the combined auto refractometer/keratometer variant in the FA-6100 family, adding corneal curvature measurement on top of objective refraction in a single workflow. Performing refraction and keratometry on one device cuts patient handling time and helps streamline pre-test for contact-lens fitting and routine eye exams. The desktop format suits optometry practices and eye clinics looking for one consolidated pre-test station. A practical step up from the refraction-only FA-6100B for offices that also need K-values.

The 468-4310 is the premium tier of the 468 inspection / measurement set range, combining an ophthalmoscope and streak retinoscope with a fiber-optic illuminator and an upgraded LED platform. It runs on a USB-rechargeable handle and is supplied in a fitted zipper case. The fiber-optic illumination is intended for clinicians who want a higher-output light path than the standard tier for fundus and retinoscopy work. It is suited for optometry and ophthalmology practices that need a more robust inspection / measurement kit for daily clinical use.
