Clinical overview
The OpticsMED SJG-800 is the high-throughput patternless edger with 0.5-second tracer scanning — half the scan time of the FE-600 and a quarter that of the original ALE-1000. The 1280 × 800 high-resolution colour touchscreen with real-time imaging confirms centring, and crucially, the system supports the 2-edger-1-tracer machining-centre setup that doubles a lab's throughput without doubling the tracer cost.
