The OpticsMED SLM-4ER-A is the Canon-camera-equipped digital slit lamp in the SLM-4ER A/B family. The 12-megapixel Canon body, 4 GB memory card and joystick-mounted shooting button let the clinician capture stills during examination without a third hand. The A variant omits the bundled image-management software — appropriate for clinics that already run their own PACS or image-archive workflow and just need raw image capture.
