Clinical overview
The OpticsMED SLM-6 is the imaging-enabled flagship of the slit-lamp range. Where the SLM-3 and SLM-4 are pure optical biomicroscopes, the SLM-6 adds a still-image and video capture path, a processing application for symptom annotation, and a patient database that scales with the practice. The drum-rotation magnification change matches the workflow of clinicians who trained on Haag-Streit-style instruments.
