The OpticsMED PA-1 is the phoropter-suspension arm — the articulated bracket that hangs a manual or electronic phoropter (MP-8, MP-10, VT-100, VT-700, etc.) in front of the patient and lets it swing out of the way between refraction steps. Standard mount-point compatibility lets the PA-1 retrofit older exam-room consoles that didn't include a swing arm originally.
