Clinical overview
Product overview
The OpticsMED Progressive Trial Lens Set is a dispensing-grade demo kit that lets the refractionist place the patient inside an actual progressive corridor while finalising the prescription. Distance, intermediate and near segments sit in a single optic, so the patient experiences head-position and gaze-direction behaviour exactly the way they will in the finished spectacle — not a flat plano sphere stacked behind a near add.
Key features
- Add powers from +0.50 D to +4.00 D in clinically useful steps
- Each lens marked with the engraving circles, fitting cross and add value the dispenser checks against the frame
- Trial-lens-format rim (standard 38 mm OD) drops into any TF-series trial frame
- Aspheric front surface — same geometry family as commercial progressive blanks
