The OpticsMED VT-6E is a fully manual phoropter (refractor head) built around a stainless-steel rotary lens drum with silky-smooth dial actions. It supports the full subjective refraction workflow — sphere ±19.00 D, cylinder ±6.00 D, axis 0–180°, integrated cross-cylinder and Risley prism — with the click feel and durability of a flagship device at a workhorse instrument price point.

Comfortable manual phoropter
Well balanced on the arm and easy to align for the patient. The auxiliary lens knob is smooth and the convergence controls are accurate.
