VT-800 auto phoropter with 180° reversible screen, single-eye PD free-style setting and Bluetooth connectivity — the patient-facing refraction console for premium consultancies.
Clinical overview
The OpticsMED VT-800 is the patient-facing auto phoropter — the 180°-reversible 9.7" screen lets the optometrist share the refraction result face-to-face with the patient, the single-eye PD free-style setting handles asymmetric PD measurements (common in patients with previous orbital trauma or asymmetric facial features), and Bluetooth connectivity feeds the result directly into the practice's EMR.
| Sphere | -29 to +26.75 D |
|---|---|
| Cylinder | 0 to 8.75 D |
| Cylinder axis | 0–180° |
| PD far | 48–80 mm |
| PD near | 45–75 mm |
| Working distance | 35–70 cm |
| Body | 362 × 83 × 299 mm, 3.5 kg |
| Power | AC 100–110V/240V, 50/60 Hz, 90 VA |
Premium optometry consultancies, facial-trauma rehabilitation clinics (where asymmetric PD is routine) and refractive consultancies that want the patient-facing screen as part of the consultation experience.
