The OpticsMED YZ20P5 takes the surgical-microscope concept down to 41 kg total weight — designed from the start to be transported, deployed and re-deployed across mobile eye-camp circuits. The three-step magnification matches the cataract-surgery workflow precisely (5.3× for setup, 8× for capsulorhexis, 16× for IOL placement) and the apochromatic optics give the surgeon a clean red reflex even on dense brunescent cataracts that mobile-camp surgery is built around.
