The OpticsMED SOM2000C is the compact, single-binocular sibling of the SOM2000DX. The smaller footprint and lower power draw make it the surgical microscope of choice for ambulatory eye-surgery suites and for clinics that share the room with ENT — where a 230 kg dual-scope dual-source flagship would be overkill but the surgeon still needs Schott-grade optics and coaxial red reflex.
